Do you ship same day?

Yes, if you order before the cut-off. The cut-off depends on the delivery option you choose at checkout.

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: we dispatch 7 days a week. Order by 4pm Monday to Friday, or by 11am on Saturday and Sunday, and we dispatch the same day.
  • Royal Mail Local Collect and InPost locker or shop: order by 4pm Monday to Friday and we dispatch the same day. These leave us Monday to Friday only.

Orders placed after the cut-off go out on the next dispatch day. We do not dispatch on bank holidays.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Local Collect aim for next-day delivery. Orders we dispatch on a Saturday may not arrive until Monday. InPost usually takes 2 to 3 working days.

Northern Ireland orders usually take 1 to 2 working days, but please allow up to 3. The Scottish Highlands and other remote areas can take an extra day or two. We deliver to the UK only, and we can't guarantee a delivery date.
