What are Nicotine Pouches?

Nicotine pouches are small pouches that you place between your upper lip and gum. They release nicotine and flavour slowly. There is no smoke or vapour, and no chewing or spitting.

They contain nicotine, plant-based fibres, pH regulators, flavourings and sweeteners. They contain no tobacco leaf, stem or dust. The nicotine may come from tobacco plants or be made synthetically.

Nicotine is addictive, and nicotine pouches are not risk-free. They are only for adults aged 18 or over who already use nicotine. If you don't use nicotine, please don't start. Nicotine pouches are not a licensed product for stopping smoking.
