What does the nicotine strength mean?

Nicotine pouches are only for adults aged 18 or over who already use nicotine. We can't recommend a strength for you.

Each product page shows the strength in mg per pouch. This is the total amount of nicotine in one pouch.

Some brands also show mg/g. This is the nicotine concentration by weight. For example, a 0.8 g pouch at 10 mg/g contains 8 mg of nicotine per pouch. To compare brands, use mg per pouch.

Our Light, Medium and Strong collections are grouped by mg per pouch:

  • Light: 0 to 6 mg
  • Medium: 7 to 16 mg
  • Strong: 17 to 50 mg
