Do I need to show ID on delivery?

We only sell to adults aged 18 or over. By using our website, you confirm that you are 18 or over. We deliver to UK addresses only.

Most orders fit through a letterbox, so you usually don't need to be in. Larger orders are sent signed-for, so someone will need to sign for them.

If you collect your parcel from a Post Office or Royal Mail Local Collect point, bring the email or text notification Royal Mail sends you. Royal Mail may also ask you for ID. For an InPost locker or shop, follow the collection instructions InPost sends you.
