Where is my order confirmation?

Order confirmation emails are sent automatically after checkout. If you have not received one, please check your spam and promotions folders first.

Sign in with the email address you used at checkout. Your five most recent orders are listed there with their status. Choose an order, then Track my order, to see the latest delivery update. Your full order history is under My Orders.

If your order is not showing and no email arrived, use our contact form at https://snusvikings.co.uk/pages/contact so we can check it for you. Choose Something else and include the email address you ordered with.
