I want to cancel my order

You can cancel your order yourself, as long as we have not packed it yet.

Open Order Management at https://account.snusvikings.co.uk/pages/019f7262-c8d8-76d6-932d-5af2adae74ce and sign in with the email address you used at checkout. Choose the order, then select Cancel this order. We check the order the moment you send the request, so you will usually know straight away whether it worked.

If you have only just placed the order, it can take a few minutes to be set up after checkout. If you cancel during that time, we cancel it automatically as soon as it is ready and email you to confirm. There is no need to send the request again.

If packing has already started, the cancel option is locked. Reply to your order confirmation email and our team will try to stop it. If it is too late, they will help you return it for a refund instead. If packing starts just as you send your request, our team is told automatically and will do their best.

Your refund

When you cancel, you may be able to choose store credit or a refund to your original payment method. If we can refund you straight away, it usually goes within a few hours. Otherwise our team checks it first, and we'll email you once it's done. Money going back to your original payment method takes another 2 to 5 working days; store credit is usually there within 24 hours.

If you cannot sign in, or the order is not one of your five most recent, use our contact form at https://snusvikings.co.uk/pages/contact. Choose Something else, include your order number and tell us you could not use Order Management.
