I received the wrong strength

Nicotine pouch strength can be listed as either mg/g (milligrams per gram) or mg/pouch (milligrams per pouch). The first measures the nicotine concentration in the pouch material. The second shows the total amount of nicotine in each pouch.

This difference causes a lot of confusion. A pouch labelled 10 mg/g that weighs 0.8 g contains 8 mg of nicotine per pouch.

If the strength is genuinely wrong

Open Order Management at https://account.snusvikings.co.uk/pages/019f7262-c8d8-76d6-932d-5af2adae74ce and sign in with the email address you used at checkout. Choose the order, select Report a problem, then Wrong item received. Tick the item, add a photo of what arrived and tell us what you expected. Our team replies by email, usually within one working day.
