My order has not been shipped yet

We understand this is worrying, so here is exactly how our dispatch works.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 orders leave us 7 days a week:

  • Monday to Friday: order by 4pm and we dispatch the same day.
  • Saturday and Sunday: order by 11am and we dispatch the same day.

Royal Mail Local Collect and InPost orders leave us Monday to Friday only:

  • Order by 4pm Monday to Friday and we dispatch the same day.
  • Orders placed after 4pm on Friday, or at the weekend, leave us on the next working day, usually Monday.

Orders placed after the cut-off are dispatched on the next dispatch day. We do not dispatch on bank holidays.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver the next day, so most orders arrive the day after they leave us, but this is not guaranteed. Orders we dispatch on a Saturday may not arrive until Monday.

To see where your order has got to, open Order Management at https://account.snusvikings.co.uk/pages/019f7262-c8d8-76d6-932d-5af2adae74ce and sign in, then choose the order and select Track my order. It shows the latest update we have.

Tracking details can take until the evening to appear, once your order reaches the courier's depot. If you have not had your dispatch confirmation email, please check your spam and promotions folders.

If your order still has not moved, open Order Management, choose Report a problem, then Parcel not delivered.
