How do I sign in to my account?

You do not need a password. We send you a code instead.

  • Go to https://account.snusvikings.co.uk and enter the email address you used when you ordered.
  • We email you a 6-digit code. It usually arrives within a minute.
  • Enter the code and you are in.

Once you are signed in, open Order Management at https://account.snusvikings.co.uk/pages/019f7262-c8d8-76d6-932d-5af2adae74ce. It shows your five most recent orders. From there you can track a delivery, report a problem, change a delivery address, or cancel an order we have not packed yet.

Use the right email address

Your orders are matched to the email address you gave at checkout. If you sign in with a different one, those orders will not appear. If you are not sure which you used, check which inbox your order confirmation arrived in.

If you cannot get in, use our contact form at https://snusvikings.co.uk/pages/contact. Choose Something else and include your order number.
