When will I get my refund?
It depends on why the refund is happening.
You cancelled an order
If we can refund you straight away, it usually goes within a few hours. Otherwise our team checks it first, and we'll email you once it's done.
You returned something
Once your return reaches us and has been checked, we process the refund within 10 business days.
You reported a problem with an order
Our team reviews your report and replies by email, usually within one working day. If a refund is due, we'll confirm the timing then.
Your parcel came back to us undelivered
We refund once the parcel is back with us and has been inspected. Shipping costs are not included in that refund. If an order comes back to us undelivered more than once, handling fees are also deducted.
How long it then takes to reach you
Processing a refund and the money landing in your account are two different things. Money going back to your original payment method takes another 2 to 5 working days to show, depending on your bank. Store credit is usually there within 24 hours.
