My discount code isn't working
The usual reason is that you already have a discount on the order.
Using more than one code
Some codes can be used together and some can't. If a code can't be combined with a discount already on your order, checkout will show "Discount couldn't be used with your existing discounts". You'll get whichever discount saves you more.
Our multibuy prices are already applied
Quantity discounts come off automatically at checkout, so you do not need a code for those. Some codes are set up to work alongside them and some are not. Multibuy prices don't apply to every product: clearance items, bundles and 99p items are not included.
Other things worth checking
- The code may have expired, or run out of uses.
- Some codes only apply to certain products, or need a minimum spend.
- Some codes are for new customers only.
- Codes are sometimes for one use per customer.
- Check for a stray space if you pasted it in.
